European Wax Center UPMA Group seeks a Center Manager to lead a high-performing guest service team, drive sales, and ensure a memorable center experience. You will collaborate with the District Manager and Regional Wax Trainer to coach staff, manage operations, and uphold brand standards.

This growth role requires 2+ years of leadership in retail or multi-service environments, plus strong skills in Excel/Word, communication, and guest-focused leadership.

Qualifications

• Flexible schedule including evenings and Saturdays.
• Minimum of 2 years leadership experience in a multi-service or specialty store environment.
• Management or leadership experience in a professional setting.
• Desire to be a passionate EWC Brand Culture Warrior and drive team development.

Responsibilities

• Lead Guest Service Associates and Wax Specialists to deliver an inviting guest experience.
• Collaborate with District Manager and Regional Wax Trainer to coach staff and manage operations.
• Analyze business reports and set SMART action plans to improve results.
• Ensure compliance with state standards and loss prevention policies.
• Drive front desk high-performance sales through authentic guest communication and coaching.
