Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional guest experience and foster guest loyalty.
• Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
• Drive sales targets and monitor KPIs.
• Provide coaching, hold team meetings, and implement improvement plans.
• Communicate center initiatives and updates to all staff.
• Oversee scheduling, staffing coverage, and inventory management.
• Ensure compliance with Minnesota State Board of Cosmetology laws.
• Lead by example at the front desk and support guests as needed.
• Step in as Guest Service Associate when required.
