Job summary

European Wax Center in Draper, UT is seeking a Center Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, and drive sales, guest satisfaction, and operational excellence.

This role requires 2+ years in retail sales management or spa/salon leadership, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends. A passion for growth and guest service is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Established history of managing multiple direct reports
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Oversee scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Provide coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPI's and speak to financial acumen
