European Wax Center in Draper, UT is seeking an Assistant Center Manager to help oversee daily operations and drive performance. You will lead a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists, focusing on sales, guest retention, and operational excellence.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for beauty, and a results-driven approach. Flexibility to work evenings/weekends and a commitment to customer service excellence are essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in retail sales management, spa/salon operations, or hospitality leadership (or equivalent educational background)
• Strong sales background preferred
• Ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Sales-driven with a focus on customer service excellence
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Growth mindset is key

Responsibilities

• Assist in leading and managing a team of Guest Service Associates and Licensed Wax Specialists
• Drive center performance through sales goals, membership growth, and guest retention
• Assist in scheduling, inventory, payroll, and daily operations
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and brand standards
• Assist in coaching, training, and performance feedback to team members
• Resolve guest concerns with professionalism and care
• Learn and develop a deep understanding of KPIs and speak to financial acumen
