Job summary

Olgam Life is seeking a Center Manager/Assistant Center Manager in New York, NY to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations. Responsible for compliance, budgeting, KPI achievement, and staff development to ensure high-quality donor care and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a BS/BA (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of people-management experience in a regulated setting, with travel up to 25%. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a people manager or supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a regulated environment; service and/or manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
• Able to evaluate and interpret regulations and recognize the need for appropriate changes relative to business operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Olgam Life is a plasma donation service offering state-of-the highest, from the time the client walks in the door to the moment the plasma
leaves our facility.

Salary range: $100,000 to $110,000 per year

Bonus: Monthly

Days off: Friday and Saturday

Purpose and Role:

This position is responsible for direct oversight and day-to-day operations of an Olgam
Plasma Center location. The Center Manager/Assistant Center Manager will ensure the
center is functioning in a manner to achieve operational, compliance, and regulatory
objectives as determined by Olgam Life.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

1. 1. In alliance with Center Quality, maintains a state of compliance ensuring the center remains audit ready.
2. 2. Manages the center budget to align with forecasted targets.
3. 3. Drives Key Performance Indicator (KPI) goals to meet production and quality
   performance measures.
4. 4. Manages the development and growth of center personnel to ensure expansion of
   knowledge and competencies related to the operational activities of the business.
5. 5. Has ultimate oversight to all center processes including but not limited to, production flow, facility maintenance, equipment maintenance, supply and inventory
   management, employee relations, customer complaints, compliance and regulatory
   programs, training programs, product management, and medical management.
6. 6. Leads center specific projects to ensure all requirements are met.
7. 7. Maintains skills in all technical/production areas of the center.
8. 8. Conduct New Hire Orientation as needed.
9. 9. Other duties as assigned by operational Leadership.

Requirements:

• B.S./B.A degree required. Also, acceptable educational requirements include Degree or Certificate in Business Management or Organizational development. Education may be substituted for experience as described below.
• A minimum of 2 years' experience as a people manager or supervisor is required
• A minimum of 2 years' experience working in a regulated environment; service and/or manufacturing is preferred
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
• Able to evaluate and interpret regulations and recognize the need for appropriate changes relative to business operations.
