Job summary

Olgam Life is seeking a Center Manager/Assistant Center Manager in New York, NY to oversee day-to-day plasma center operations. Responsible for compliance, budgeting, KPI achievement, and staff development to ensure high-quality donor care and regulatory adherence.

The role requires a BS/BA (or equivalent) and at least 2 years of people-management experience in a regulated setting, with travel up to 25%. Strong communication and independent work skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience as a people manager or supervisor.
• Minimum of 2 years' experience working in a regulated environment; service and/or manufacturing is preferred.
• Must be able to work independently with minimal direct oversight.
• Able to evaluate and interpret regulations and recognize the need for appropriate changes relative to business operations.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain compliance and ensure the center remains audit-ready.
• Manage the center budget to meet forecasted targets.
• Drive KPI goals for production and quality performance.
• Develop and grow center personnel to expand knowledge and competencies.
• Oversee center processes including production flow, maintenance, inventory, and regulatory programs.
• Lead center-specific projects to meet requirements.
• Maintain skills in technical/production areas of the center.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned by leadership.
