Job summary

Olgam Life is seeking a Center Manager/Assistant Center Manager to oversee daily operations of a Plasma Center location. You will ensure operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, and quality performance aligned with Olgam Life standards.

This role requires leadership of center personnel, budget management, and driving KPIs while maintaining donor care and safety, with travel up to 25% as needed. The position offers a competitive salary in the six-figure range and monthly bonus.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a people manager.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Ensure center compliance and audit readiness.
• Manage center budget to forecasted targets.
• Drive KPI goals to meet production and quality performance measures.
• Develop center personnel to expand knowledge and competencies.
• Oversee all center processes including production flow, maintenance, inventory, employee relations, and regulatory programs.
• Lead center-specific projects to meet requirements.
• Maintain skills in technical/production areas of the center.
• Conduct New Hire Orientation as needed.
