Job summary

Arizona Autism in Cedar Park, TX, seeks a proactive Operations Lead to manage the daily functions of a fast-paced ABA clinic. You will own scheduling, oversee office operations, and partner with clinical leadership to keep the center running smoothly for families, clients, and teammates.

You'll coordinate onboarding, support team engagement, maintain accurate records, and ensure HIPAA compliance while driving operational excellence and a supportive, mission-driven workplace.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling, operations, or office management (healthcare or ABA preferred).
• RBT certification is a plus or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

The Role

• Partner with leadership to drive operational excellence

What You Bring

• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Previous leadership experience preferred
• Highly organized with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Experience in scheduling, operations, or office management (healthcare or ABA preferred)
• RBT certification (If you are not currently an RBT, we will help you get certified.)
