Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution is required.
• Current teaching license with Special Education endorsement, or ability to obtain by start date.
• Experience developing IEPs and coordinating services for students with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead individualized instruction and IEP-aligned planning for students with diverse needs.
• Develop data-driven IEPs, goals, progress tracking, and service coordination.
• Supervise and coach paraprofessionals to ensure high-quality supports.
• Collaborate with families, general education teachers, and related service providers.
