Job summary

Centria Autism is seeking a BCBA to lead center-based ABA therapy for children 5 and under at Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of our organization. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, design assent-based plans, and train families on-site to maximize developmental gains.

Qualifications

• Board-certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) required.
• Experience with early intervention and ABA therapy.
• Ability to mentor Behavior Technicians and guide clinical staff.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in-center as part of a collaborative team.
• Provide daily supervision and guidance to Behavior Technicians for clinical excellence.
• Develop and implement assent-based, individualized ABA plans for each child.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions to drive progress.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with data-driven decision making.
