Job summary

Life Skills Autism Academy, a division of Centria Autism, seeks a BCBA to lead center-based ABA therapy for children 5 and under. You will supervise Behavior Technicians, develop assent-based, individualized plans, and train families on-site to drive meaningful progress.

Qualifications

• BCBA with experience in early intervention and center-based ABA.
• Strong data-driven decision-making and collaboration with technicians.
• Excellent communication with parents and team.

Responsibilities

• Lead ABA therapy delivery in-center.
• Provide daily guidance to Behavior Technicians.
• Develop assent-based, individualized behavior plans.
• Engage parents during on-site training sessions.
• Maintain high-quality clinical services with supervision and data-driven decisions.
