Hill Country Community Action Association, Inc. is seeking a Food Service Manager II to oversee meal preparation and kitchen operations.

You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage inventory, and handle data entry of meal services, with duties expanding in the Center Director's absence. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, strong teamwork and communication skills, and a valid Texas driver's license.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; experience in food handling preferred.
• Ability to work as part of a team and communicate effectively with diverse populations.
• Must have a valid Texas driver’s license and a reliable vehicle.

Responsabilités

• Prepare meals in accordance with regulations.
• Monitor temperatures for safe food handling and document results daily.
• Manage the Center Kitchen inventory and equipment; ensure sanitation.
• Submit weekly grocery orders and shop for groceries as needed.
• Oversee delivery, handling and storage of products and supplies.
• Assist with day-to-day Center operations in the absence of the Director.
