Job summary

KidStrong Reno is seeking a General Manager to lead a kid-focused center, driving sales and delivering exceptional experiences for families. You will develop coaching staff, manage KPI-driven operations, and ensure brand consistency across programs while maintaining high customer service standards.

The role emphasizes leadership, scheduling, training, and community engagement to foster growth and member retention in a fast-paced, physical environment.

Qualifications

• Athletic coaching background with experience coaching kids 15 months to 11 years old.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training and Certification team.
• Complete training through LearnUpon as required by HQ Training and Certification.
• Comfortable speaking to parents/guardians about various topics.
• Prior management experience required.
• Proficient with Google/Microsoft Office; experience with scheduling and CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center’s KPIs and financials to guide decisions.
• Build relationships with KidStrong families and deliver excellent customer service.
• Oversee center initiatives such as maintenance, training, and branding.
• Manage daily/weekly/monthly center tasks and scheduling.
• Lead coaching staff through training, evaluations, and development.
• Schedule, promote, and sell KidStrong events to grow profitability.
• Lead weekly leadership meetings and coach staff behavior according to core values.
