KidStrong Reno is seeking a dedicated Assistant General Manager to foster a culture of learning and development. The ideal candidate will support the General Manager in ensuring exceptional experiences for children and families while overseeing key business results. You’ll handle responsibilities including center operations, lead management, and coaching.

The position offers a salary of $50,000 to $60,000 per year and an engaging environment focused on child development.

Qualifications

• Passion for working with children is non-negotiable.
• Previous experience in management is preferred.
• Must be comfortable working in a physically intensive environment.

Responsibilities

• Understand the center’s key KPIs and financials.
• Build and maintain relationships with families.
• Oversee center initiatives related to maintenance and training.
• Communicate coach schedule changes effectively.
• Coach students by delivering an evolving curriculum.

Skills

Athletic or coaching background

Experience with children ages 15 months – 11 years

CPR certified

Practical work experience with Google and Microsoft platforms

Intermediate knowledge of physiology

Education

Achieve Coach Certification through HQ Training
