KidStrong Reno is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations, sales, and coaching for ages walking to 11 years. You will manage relationships with families, drive events, and maintain KPIs while ensuring brand standards in a busy kids' fitness center.

The role requires coaching experience and CPR certification, plus familiarity with LearnUpon, ZenPlanner, and ADP. Growth opportunities and a performance-based bonus are offered in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Achieve Coach Certification through HQ.
• Complete LearnUpon training as required.
• CPR certification is required.
• Familiarity with Google and Microsoft platforms.
• Prior management experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand center KPIs and financials to drive decisions.
• Maintain relationships with KidStrong families for exceptional service.
• Oversee center initiatives like maintenance, training, and brand consistency.
• Daily, weekly, monthly cleaning and center upkeep.
• Sell and schedule events to maximize profitability.
• Lead, train, and evaluate coaching staff with LearnUpon.
• Coordinate with team via Slack/Email and ensure coverage.
