European Wax Center, Inc. seeks an Assistant Center Manager to help run daily operations, drive sales, and deliver exceptional guest service. You will lead by example, train staff, recruit talent, and maintain a positive, performance-driven culture across the center.

You will manage scheduling, events, and center standards while supporting growth and ensuring a superb guest experience in a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Must have proven track record of success with sales and customer service.
• Effective communication skills in guest relations, conflict resolution, coaching and group presentations.
• Enthusiasm for the brand and beauty industry.
• Outgoing, energetic, resourceful and detail oriented.

Responsabilités

• Lead by example and foster a passion for creating outstanding guest experiences.
• Ensure every guest has a memorable and inviting experience.
• Train and coach Associates.
• Support and enhance a positive, fun and performance-oriented workplace culture.
• Recruit, train and retain Sales Associates and Estheticians.
• Sell Wax Passes and drive sales results.
• Oversee loss prevention, expense control and center cleanliness.
• Organize outreach and marketing events.
• Demonstrate success as a trainer and motivator to your team.
