Job summary

Learning Care Group in North Carolina is seeking a Center Director who will lead a child care center, guide daily operations, and inspire a warm, educational environment for children and families.

You will manage staff schedules, support curriculum implementation, ensure licensing compliance, and build strong partnerships with parents and the community, while driving growth and quality in a licensed facility.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.

Responsibilities

• Be an expert! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
• Be an innovator! Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
