Job summary

Learning Care in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Center Director to lead a vibrant child care center. You will guide staff, ensure high-quality early education, and maintain a warm, safe environment where children can learn and families stay engaged.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader: Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans; assists with curriculum implementation with coaching and communication.
