Job summary

Learning Care Group in Boiling Springs, SC is seeking a Center Director who inspires children to learn and families to stay engaged. You will oversee daily operations, from curriculum implementation to staffing and parent communications, and ensure a warm, safe, and educational environment.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in ECE or related field, at least 2 years as a Center Director in a licensed facility, and meets state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and center licensing.
• At least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.

Responsibilities

• Be a leader! Manages school staff by planning work schedules, evaluating staff performance, and developing performance improvement plans. Assists with the implementation of Company-provided curriculum, coaching, communicating, and interpreting standards with teachers.
• Be an expert! Ensure the school is operating in accordance with company and state licensing standards, while promoting a positive partnership within the surrounding community.
