Job summary

Learning Care seeks a Center Director to lead daily operations and inspire growth in young learners. You will oversee staff, implement curriculum, and ensure compliance with licensing standards while maintaining a warm, engaging environment for children and families.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field, at least 2 years of Director experience in a licensed center, and NC Level 3 credential.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Bachelor’s degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and our center/school requirements.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.

• Be an innovator! Spark imagination, build self-esteem, and help children discover new things each day in an educational, caring, and safe environment.
• Be a team player! Recruit, select, and retain quality staff.

Job Requirements:
