Job summary

Learning Care Group seeks a Director to lead school operations in North Carolina. The role focuses on promoting the social, physical, and intellectual growth of children while coordinating staff and maintaining communication with parents about student progress.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education or related field, two years of Center Director experience, and NC Level 3 credential, with willingness to meet all state requirements.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Bachelor's Degree required in Early Childhood Education or related field.
• Must meet state requirements for education and additional center/school requirements may apply.
• Willingness to attain state mandated Director requirements.
• Must have at least 2 years of Center Director experience in a licensed child care facility.
• Must have the North Carolina Level 3 credential.
