Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team, partner with families, and ensure high-quality early education at one of our centers. You will recruit and develop educators, manage operations and budgets, engage with licensing authorities, and grow our presence in the community while maintaining safety and program quality.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience developing and inspiring teams.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Budget accountability with revenue experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and work indoors or outdoors.
• On-site work at the center daily.
• English communication with children and parents.

Responsibilities

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators to be passionate and committed professionals.
• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
• Use business, sales, and marketing skills to grow KinderCare’s presence in the community.
