KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and manage school operations with a focus on delivering high-quality early childhood education. This on-site role emphasizes safety, compliance, and community engagement.

The Center Director will hire and develop staff, collaborate with parents and licensing authorities, and drive growth by connecting with families and the community.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking capacity.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer, lift at least 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• Role requires on-site work at the center daily.
