KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a dedicated team and partner with families to deliver high‑quality early education. You will hire, engage, and develop educators, ensure safety and compliance, and grow the center's presence in the community.

This on‑site role demands strong leadership, budget accountability, customer service, and the ability to collaborate with licensing authorities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience managing a team.
• Outstanding customer service and organizational skills.
• Budget and revenue experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Able to work on-site daily and lift up to 40 pounds.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English with families.

• Partner with parents to provide the best care and education for their children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, community contacts, and partners.
