Job summary

KinderCare Learning Centers is seeking a Center Director to lead daily operations, drive educational excellence, and nurture partnerships with families and the community. This on-site leadership role demands a hands-on manager who can mentor staff, oversee programs, and ensure compliance with licensing standards.

You will collaborate with parents, teachers, and external stakeholders to deliver outstanding child care and early education while growing center enrollment and maintaining budgetary

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of leadership experience developing, engaging, and inspiring a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organization, multitasking ability.
• Budgeting and revenue-generation accountability; familiarity with financials is helpful.
• NAEYC/NAC accreditation knowledge and state licensing familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, engage and develop a top-performing educator team.
• Partner with parents to provide high-quality care and education for children.
• Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, licensing authorities, and community partners.
• Leverage business, sales and marketing skills to grow KinderCare’s community presence and enrollments.
