Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead and develop a dynamic team of educators at our centers nationwide. You will partner with families to ensure exceptional care and education for children, while building strong relationships with licensing authorities and community partners.

You will use business, sales, and marketing skills to grow KinderCare's presence in the community, attract new families, and maintain center excellence.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• This role requires on-site work at the center daily.
