KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director to lead a team of educators and partner with families to deliver high-quality early childhood education.

You will collaborate with licensing bodies and staff to ensure compliant, engaging programs while growing the center’s community footprint. This leadership role is on-site and mission-driven, with comprehensive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills and strong organizational abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read/write/speak English to communicate with children and parents.
