Qualifications

• Leadership experience developing, engaging, and inspiring a team (as described).
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC knowledge and state licensing familiarity preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Ability to use a computer and lift up to 40 pounds; work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• This role requires on-site work at the center daily.
