KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators and partner with families to deliver outstanding early childhood education. You will oversee operations, ensure licensing compliance, and drive community engagement to grow center enrollment.

The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, budget accountability, and on-site daily presence in our Charlotte centers. We value experienced professionals who can mentor staff and foster a positive learning

Qualifikationen

• At least one year of solid leadership experience to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational ability, and multi-tasking capability.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Ability to use a computer with basic proficiency and lift a minimum of 40 pounds.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• This role requires on-site daily work at the center.
