KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director to lead a team of educators, partner with families, and manage community relationships. You will drive center performance, ensure compliance with licensing, and grow enrollment while delivering high-quality early childhood education.

You will hire and develop staff, coordinate with parents and authorities, and leverage business and marketing skills to expand KinderCare’s presence in the community daily.

Qualifikationen

• Proven leadership experience managing and developing a team.
• Strong customer service ethos and organizational discipline.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage competing demands.
• Experience with budgeting and driving revenue/expense accountability.
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing requirements.
• Familiarity with state-specific guidelines for center operations.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to work indoors/outdoors.
• Must be able to lift 40 pounds and engage with children safely.
• Excellent English communication with families and staff.
• This role requires on-site presence at the center daily.
