Qualifications

• Leadership experience with teams and staffing
• Exceptional customer service and organizational skills
• Budgeting and revenue-related accountability
• Knowledge of NAEYC/NAC and state licensing is preferred
• Ability to meet state guidelines and work on-site
• Proficient with computers and basic tech
• Physical ability to lift 40 pounds and work indoors/outdoors
• English communication with families and staff
