KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director to lead a team of educators, collaborate with families, and engage with licensing authorities to ensure top-quality early childhood education. This on-site role requires strong leadership, customer service, and fiscal accountability to grow the center.

With our curriculum and accreditation processes, you will hire and develop staff, build relationships with parents and partners, and ensure state guideline compliance.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience with ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service, strong organizational skills, and multitasking.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors/outdoors.
• Read, write, speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• On-site at the center daily.
