Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is hiring a Center Director to lead a center on-site, oversee daily operations, and ensure exceptional early childhood education. You will hire and develop a high-performing team, partner with families, and coordinate with licensing and community contacts to drive program quality.

You will manage budget responsibilities, engage with parents and staff, and utilize sales and marketing skills to expand center enrollment and family trust in our care.

Qualifications

• At least one year of leadership experience developing and engaging a team.
• Outstanding customer service and strong organizational skills.
• Budget accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Read, write, and speak English to communicate with families and staff.

Responsibilities

• Hire, engage and develop a team of educators.
