KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead and develop a high-performing team at our center, guiding curriculum, operations, and family engagement. You will collaborate with staff, families, and licensing bodies to ensure outstanding early childhood education at the center level.

The role emphasizes on-site leadership, program quality, and community partnerships to expand child care services and support families in the local area.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, multitask effectively.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency, lift 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
• This role requires the ability to work on-site at the center daily.
