KinderCare Learning Companies seeks a Center Director to lead our dedicated team in delivering top-quality early childhood education. You will hire, develop, and manage educators, while partnering with families to ensure an outstanding learning environment for children.

In this role you will build relationships with licensing bodies, community partners, and parents, using your business and marketing savvy to expand the centers' presence in the community.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership experience leading teams in child care or education settings.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Solid organizational abilities and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Budget accountability and revenue awareness in a service operation.
• Knowledge of licensing and accreditation requirements a plus.
• Ability to work on-site at the center daily.
