Job summary

KinderCare Learning Companies is seeking a Center Director to lead a team of educators and partner with families to deliver top-quality early childhood education.

You will recruit and develop staff, collaborate with licensing authorities, and drive community engagement to expand KinderCare’s footprint. This on-site leadership role requires strong organizational skills and a passion for child development.

Qualifications

• At least one year of solid leadership experience with the ability to develop, engage, and inspire a team.
• Outstanding customer service skills, strong organizational skills, and multi-tasking abilities.
• Budget and financial accountability with revenue generation experience preferred.
• NAEYC/NAC and state licensing knowledge preferred.
• Meet state-specific guidelines for the role.
• Able to use a computer with basic proficiency; lift a minimum of 40 pounds; work indoors or outdoors.
• Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and parents.
• This role requires the ability to work on-site at the center daily.
