Job summary

Ivy Kids - Johns Creek is seeking a Center Director to oversee all aspects of the center, including HR, customer relations, marketing, educational programs, finances, and facilities.

The role requires interaction with state and local authorities, strong community relationships, and ensuring compliance with regulations and licensing. The position involves leadership across classrooms and daily operations, with a focus on safety, enrollment, and staff development.

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience.
• Must be qualified to drive the company vehicles when needed.
• Must be willing and able to work in any classroom as needed to meet program needs.
• Must be able to repeatedly bend, stoop and run; must repeatedly lift and carry children up to 50+ pounds.
• Must be able to effectively interact and communicate with children and parents.
• Must maintain at least 30 hours of training each year.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage all center aspects including HR, customer relations, marketing, educational programs, finance and facility.
• Promote a positive image of the program within the community and liaise with licensing and health authorities.
• Ensure enrollment inquiries are followed up and tours provided; manage scheduling and classroom allocations.
• Ensure brand standards and CSR/ transitions are followed daily; conduct hourly ratio checks.
• Maintain curriculum implementation and Conscious Discipline practices across staff.
