You will build relationships with regulators and the community, lead staff training, manage budgets, enrollment, and quality curriculum across classrooms, ensuring a positive, safe learning environment.

Qualifications

• Must meet state licensing requirements for age, education, and experience.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership abilities.
• Willingness to drive company vehicles when needed.
• Capable of staff training and mentoring.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development (min. 30 hrs/yr).

Responsibilities

• Oversee operation of the center, including HR, customer relations, marketing, and financial stewardship.
• Promote a positive image with licensing authorities and the community; build regulatory relationships.
• Ensure health, safety, and regulatory compliance across all staff and classrooms.
• Lead enrollment activities, tours, and accurate record-keeping; maintain CSRs/transitions.
• Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and tuition collections; ensure cost efficiency.
• Coordinate curriculum implementation and Conscious Discipline techniques across age groups.
• Drive marketing initiatives to increase capacity utilization and community partnerships.
• Maintain facility safety, equipment, and transportation procedures.
