Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field (Master's preferred).
• Experience in a Director or school leadership role.
• Knowledge of Georgia childcare licensing regulations and educational compliance standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to build a positive school culture and foster team collaboration.
• Experience with budget management and administrative operations.
• Passionate, student-centered mindset with a commitment to continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily academy operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality learning environment
• Lead, mentor, and support faculty and staff to drive professional growth and performance
• Develop and implement curriculum standards, policies, and educational programs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with families, students, and the local community
• Manage budgeting, staffing, and administrative functions of the academy
• Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and accreditation standards
• Monitor student progress and implement strategies to support academic and developmental success
