• Role: CENTER DIRECTOR – EARLY CHILDHOOD EDUCATION
• Location: Paramus, NJ / North Jersey
• Salary: $70,000–$75,000 per year

ABOUT THE ROLE:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Center Director to lead the operations and continued growth of an early childhood education center in Paramus, NJ.

The Director will play a key role in creating a positive environment for children, families, and staff while ensuring the center operates effectively and in accordance with applicable childcare licensing requirements. The ideal candidate will bring strong childcare leadership experience, business-growth skills, and a collaborative, team-oriented approach.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:

• Salary: $70,000–$75,000 annually
• Health insurance with 90% of the premium covered by the employer and 10% by the employee
• 401(k) option after one year of employment
