Job summary

ChenMed in Orlando, FL is seeking a Care Promoter Lead to blend clinical support with center operations leadership. The role requires supervising Care Promoters, coordinating patient flow, and driving quality initiatives while maintaining patient-centered service.

You will partner with the Center Clinical Manager to ensure efficient day-to-day operations, staff development, and adherence to CMAP/STARs quality measures. Strong clinical and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education required.
• Graduation from Medical Assistant, Patient Care Technician, EMT, or Paramedic program.
• Medical Assistant Certification required.
• Minimum 3 years in a hospital/clinic setting; prior team lead preferred.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care support and assist providers during visits.
• Lead daily center operations to ensure efficient patient flow.
• Supervise Care Promoters and support onboarding and development.
• Support quality initiatives, inventory, and compliance with policies.
• Lead multiple workflows and model professional, patient-centered behavior.
