Job summary

ChenMed is seeking a Center Clinical Manager to lead day-to-day back-office center operations, including clinical quality, compliance, HR, patient experience and supervision of Care Promoters, Pharmacy Technicians and X-ray Technicians.

The role partners with Center Leadership to implement clinical operation strategies, uses data analytics to improve revenue and quality ratings, and ensures regulatory compliance. Strong leadership and multi-site coordination are essential.

Qualifications

• Active and good standing LPN or CMA license.
• 5 years progressive work experience in a medical clinic/hospital or similar setting.
• 2 years of management experience with direct reports.
• IV Therapy certification where required by State Board.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with geriatric patients preferred.
• English fluency; Spanish/Creole a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with Center and Divisional leaders to provide VIP service to patients, family members and staff.
• Manages clinical operations to meet objectives related to clinical performance, growth, and membership goals.
• Oversees staffing, scheduling, payroll and PTO; plans for shortages.
• Performs direct patient care duties when needed.
• Uses data analytics and dashboards to drive strategies for revenue, quality ratings and core model.
• Develops protocols to improve staff productivity and coaches clinical staff.
