Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires BA/BS in a healthcare-related field preferred; management experience in medical settings preferred.
• Active LPN or CMA licensure/certification required; additional clinical licenses/certifications considered.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day back-office operations, including clinical quality, compliance, HR, patient experience and supervision.
• Lead staffing, hiring, training and performance management of center team members.
• Utilize data analytics and dashboards to drive revenue, quality, and KPIs (HEDIS/STARS/clinical gaps).
• Ensure regulatory compliance (OSHA, HIPAA) and internal audit standards.
• Coordinate with PCPs to coach staff and implement improvement plans.
• Manage equipment, supplies, and inventory; ensure maintenance and safety.
