ChenMed in Columbus, OH seeks a Clinical Director to lead center clinical operations and supervise primary care providers. The role blends direct patient care with leadership to improve clinical quality, efficiency and outcomes.

You will mentor PCPs, lead weekly huddles, and collaborate with center and market leaders to enhance patient care and center performance across ChenMed centers.

Qualificações

• MD or DO in Internal Medicine, Family Medicine, or Geriatrics required.
• Current, active medical license in the employing state required.
• Board certification preferred; board eligibility required.
• Experience and training in Chen Medical approaches preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Independently provides care for older adults with acute and chronic illnesses.
• Leads and mentors PCPs, coordinating care through the center team.
• Engages hospitalists and care teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Drives center performance, membership growth and clinical quality.
