Job summary

Stryker Corporation is seeking a Behavior Services Coordinator I to oversee development and implementation of behavior support plans and supervise Behavior Specialists. You will provide direct staff training and collaborate with multiple departments to ensure high-quality services for students.

The role includes participation in IEPs and clinical discussions, data-driven decision making, and on-call behavioral support outside regular hours.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and implementation of Positive Behavior Support Plans in line with best practices in behavior analysis and trauma-informed care.
• Participate in behavioral assessments and intake evaluations and advise on effective interventions.
• Ensure accurate data collection, entry, and analysis to monitor intervention effectiveness.
• Lead in-service trainings to educate staff on behavioral interventions and crisis prevention.
• Collaborate with other departments to build a cohesive behavioral support system.
