Job summary

The Center-Based Spanish Speaking Behavior Technician position at Centria Healthcare supports children with autism through one-on-one sessions guided by a BCBA. You will implement individualized plans, teach communication and daily living skills, and reduce challenging behaviors using evidence-based techniques.

Training is provided, and you’ll collaborate with a supportive team to help every child reach their potential.

Qualifications

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Able to work in a team environment.
• Eligible to work 18+ and pass required checks.

Responsibilities

• Work one-on-one with children under supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior plans and teach communication/daily living skills.
• Use evidence-based techniques to reduce interfering behaviors.
• Maintain safety and assist with physical activities as needed.
