Job summary

Propel Autism in Powder Springs, Georgia, seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide focused one-on-one therapy to children with Autism. You will develop strong relationships with clients through engaging therapy and data collection.

Qualifications

• An RBT certification through the BACB is required.
• A high school diploma at minimum; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must pass Propel administered background check.

Registered Behavior Technician / RBT

Propel Autism is looking for fun, engaging RBTs who are excited about making a difference in the lives of children with Autism. As a Center-based RBT You Will

• Provide one on one therapy focused on skill acquisition to a child in the Propel clinic
• Accompany your client throughout their day, capturing and contriving learning opportunities in the natural environment.
• Collaboratively scaffold your client’s social interactions with their peers and their participation in group activities in the clinic.
• Prioritize pairing daily, using play and engagement to build a strong relationship with your client
• Keep your client’s dignity and assent at the forefront of all interactions
• Take accurate data and write detailed session notes that are submitted same day as services being delivered.

You Will Need

• An RBT certification through the BACB (bacb.com)
• A high school diploma at minimum, Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Must pass Propel administered background check.
• Must have an active driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
