Life Skills Autism Academy in Glendale, AZ seeks a Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). The role provides 1:1 ABA therapy under BCBA supervision, with a focus on language, social, and school readiness skills. Candidates must be RBT certified or eligible to complete the training and competency exam within 45 days.

Schedule is Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm. This full-time, hourly position offers a pay range of $18–$24, depending on experience, education, and skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold and maintain current RBT certification or be willing to complete 40-hour training and sit for competency exam within 45 days of employment.
• Minimum of a High School Diploma or GED.
• Must have reliable transportation and, in some cases, proof of driver’s license and valid car insurance.
• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to obtain CPR/First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 and group ABA therapy under supervision of a BCBA.
• Follow client treatment plans and data collection protocols.
• Train parents/caregivers as appropriate.
• Maintain accurate documentation and data entry.
• Communicate progress with families and supervisors.
• Ensure a safe and clean therapy environment.
• Prepare client materials and support BCBA in assessments.
