Job summary

Bright Day Pediatric Therapies in NW Washington, DC is seeking a Center‑Based RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy at our clinic. You’ll work with a small group of children, under BCBA supervision, using evidence‑based ABA strategies to build communication, social, and independence skills.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification (BACB).
• High school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.
• Ability to engage physically in sessions, including floor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Professional and ethical conduct in alignment with RBT and BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy with small groups under BCBA supervision.
• Use evidence-based ABA strategies to support communication, regulation, and independence.
• Collect session data and complete documentation on the same day.
• Collaborate with BCBA to refine treatment approaches.
