Bright Day Pediatric Therapies in Washington, DC is seeking a Center-Based RBT to provide 1:1 ABA therapy to a small group of children in a welcoming clinic.

You will work under BCBA supervision, collect session data, and document findings on the same day using Passage Health EMR. The role emphasizes structured, play-based therapy and active engagement, with opportunities for paid training and growth.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required (BACB).
• High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Ability to engage physically in sessions, including floor work and lifting up to 50 lbs.
• Professional and ethical conduct in line with RBT and BACB guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in a center-based setting.
• Collect session data and complete documentation on the same day.
• Collaborate with BCBAs to refine treatment approaches.
• Maintain punctual attendance and reliable scheduling.
• Utilize the clinic's EMR for real-time data entry.
